Ben Lilley, MSW, CSWA, (he/him) is a Clinical Social Work Associate and trans man based in Eugene, Oregon. He earned his Master of Social Work from Portland State University and has been involved with Transponder since 2017. Ben brings a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to his work with LGBTQIA+ communities, with particular interest in narrative practice and community-based mental health. In his free time, he enjoys reading queer literature, playing role-playing games, and exploring the Pacific Northwest in search of the perfect gluten-free donut.
