The group will be lightly facilitated by volunteers. Please bring food and games to share if you wish!

It is a space for parents, caregivers, and guardians to share questions and ideas about how to support their youth in a private discussion group.

There are many ways to support our events!
Whether you donate, host an activity, sponsor an event, host a table, host a vendor space, perform, or volunteer, we value you and what you bring to our community.

Activity Hosts are in charge of a booth or area and facilitate a free activity for event attendees. TransPonder has a number of activities that can be provided, or the host may provide one. The host is also in charge of coordinating any additional staffing help they may need.

TransPonder provides face painting supplies to XYZ Connections, who hosts the booth and provides staff to paint faces.

Food vendors sell meals, snacks, and/or non-alcoholic beverages and may sell from a truck, cart, or booth. All food vendors must provide a food permit.
Vendors host booths to sell goods/services or to promote a business.

We are always looking for items for raffles and auctions!
As a part of our commitment to keeping community events free, we incorporate fundraising elements like raffles and auctions. All item donations are tax-deductible donations and donors receive recognition at the event, on our website, and on social media. Donors are also eligible for in-kind sponsorships for high-priced item donations.
