I have been a social justice advocate for many years, supporting staff with discrimination concerns, marginalization, and internalized oppression. I have also filed my own complaints in the past and had my case resolved to my benefit. My work with Queer Autistic adults has been through the lens of Internal Family Systems for the last 6 years, and I am starting a new support group program to meet the expressed needs of my clients and community.
