I believe in the inherent strength my patients bring with them that has allowed them to become the phenomenal beings that they are. As such, my preferred therapeutic approaches are Solution-Focused Therapy and Family Systems Therapy, as these are both strengths-based, grounded in the here and now and founded in seeking real time solutions, enabling my clients to better utilize and draw on their own personal strengths in order to begin creating the positive change in their lives that they seek.
