Skye Passmore is a board certified Family Medicine physician and a passionate
advocate and provider of gender affirming hormone therapy. Skye currently serves as
the lead primary care physician at the University of Oregon college health center (UHS)
and is one of the founding collaborators on the UO Trans and Gender Expansive
Student Support Team.
Previously, Skye worked clinically in TGD care for patients living with HIV, and
academically as an Asst Professor of Medicine. Her academic work focused on
therapeutic bedside manner, clinical decision making, and the integration of TGD-
informed care into the foundational curriculum of doctors-in-training.
Skye also volunteers time as a patient advocate and medical navigator for patients and
loved ones with stigmatized mental health diagnoses.
Before a career in medicine, Skye received her B.A. in Theater/Acting from UCLA,
spent several years as a sketch comedy performer, and is a lifelong lover of the arts and
theater kid ��.
