My clinical experience is working primarily with teens and adults with PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. I have received advanced training in using mindfulness and other body based coping strategies to assist you on your healing journey. I have experience working with trans and gender non-conforming individuals and assisting them with accessing gender affirming care. My approach consists of starting with a a comprehensive assessment to help me gain an understanding of not only your mental health struggles, but of your values and who you are as a person. Collaboratively we will work to explore your strengths, current coping patterns, and your current relationship with your emotions to help you reach your goals.
