One of the things I'm truly passionate about is helping clients navigate through their most vulnerable experiences, while creating a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

With my experience and expertise, I have had the privilege of working with diverse communities, including the LGBT2QIA+ community, individuals coping with grief and loss, trauma survivors, caregivers/helpers, and family members supporting a loved one through a medical diagnosis. Additionally, I work closely with clients who are navigating depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

My approach is centered around your strengths and goals. I firmly believe in a client-centered approach, tailoring my methods to best fit your unique needs. I bring a range of evidence-based interventions to our sessions, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
