I am a doula, trained with Doula Trainings International. DTi's mission is: "We believe that families deserve compassionate, evidenced-based support at all stages of life—no matter their gender, race, religion, class or sexual orientation. Together, we are cultivating culturally humble communities that re-imagine the role of reproductive work." For those in our local community who are interested in becoming full-spectrum doulas themselves, I will be leading doula trainings for the DTi organization in Eugene and Portland in 2021.
