Grassroots Life Coaching offers Internal Family Systems (IFS), Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) and Equity-informed Mediation services to all while centering on People of the Global Majority (PGM), LGBTQ2SIA+, Autistic, Neurodivergent, and Poly folks. Founded by a PGM, Nonbinary, Trans, and Autistic human, our services are rooted in the lived experience of our providers.
Through the transformative framework of our offerings, our mission is to provide genuine, caring, and culturally responsive personal, relationship, and mediation services that support our clients in their birthright to thrive. By specializing in the healing of those who are impacted by all forms of oppression, as well as clients practicing a wide range of relationship structures- we foster healing, resilience, and authentic connection in service of collective joy and liberation.

We envision a world where healing is decolonized, relationships are grounded in consent and care, and every individual can access tools to living in wholeness and meaningful connection.
